"A group of Brazilian architects have sent us these images of a conceptual, mobile gallery, designed to travel along the river Thames in London...."

"...A 'switchable glass' system controls the opacity of the glass, which can be changed it to suit the needs of internal activities...."

My reaction is pretty well summed up in the first comment:

"Wow! A rare bit of conceptual architecture that seems feasible. Build it and I will come!"
I got a strong impression that the architects had considered mundane considerations like:
- Gravity
- Human tolerances for factors like
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Sound levels
- Existing or in-the-pipeline technologies
- Economic feasibility
The post has more renderings and plans - and a link to a video about the project.
