The Lemming tries to have something ready in the morning, but that didn't happen today. My excuse is that it's Saturday.
There's a post or two lined up, though, and (not quite) ready to go: so stick around, or check back in maybe an hour. Or less. The Lemming is feeling energetic.

Lemming Tracks: You're Right: I Missed Sunday's Posts
Astute visitors (I'm talking to you!) will have noticed that I missed Sunday's posts. Didn't write a single one.
I'll be catching up this week, getting back to the Lemming's average of three posts per day.
Not today, though: It's been a bit crazy around here.

Lemming Tracks: Red River Flood and All That
The big flood in the Red River Valley took quite a lot of my attention last week. It's a rather big deal: the worst flood since Fargo was founded, back in the 1800s.
I started a daily update post on March 26, 2009, and expect to add a post a day, until the Red is back within its banks - or nearly so. That could take a while.
And, starting today, I plan to have two 'ordinary' posts on Apathetic Lemming of the North. Ordinary for the Lemming, anyway. Also, I think I've caught up on my unofficial three-posts-a-day quota.
Now, it's time to see what's happened in the Valley. No, wait. There's something else to do first.

Lemming Tracks: The Lemming Emerges
The Lemming is doing some serious catchup today. For one reason or another, I've got two days of posts to do, plus today's. Actually, only one day: I got "Thursday's" posted earlier this afternoon.
About the rabbit theme: One of my daughters brought a number of rabbit-related pages to my attention, and I thought they were worth sharing.
One more rabbity post, and I'll be off to other subjects.

Frog Blogs: Blogs and Posts About Frogs
I found frogs underrepresented in the blogosphere. Until that damp day comes, when croaks and ribbits resound among the domains, frog-lovers everywhere will have to settle this sort of frogosphere:
- On Frogs (Fraudulent Blogs) This post isn't even about frogs! Well, it is, but it's about really stupid marketing, FRaudulent blOGS, not those charming amphibians that ribbit their way into our hearts
- Frogs and Newts In The Barleycorn Pond. Mostly frog photos - look for other posts in this blog, like Guess Who's back? (frogs spawning)
- a post on frogs and toads: an artist's perspective
- Frogs, Toads and Newts By Perry Not a blog, but it's personal: and informative
- De La Cruz on Dogs, Frogs, and Chickens on the civil rights aspects of squishing pests, and related subjects
- Poison arrow frogs blog / News articles on Poison arrow frogs "Mongabay.com news articles on poison arrow frogs in blog format. Updated regularly."

Today's News! Some of it, anyway
Actually, some of yesterday's news may be here. Or maybe last week's.
The software and science stuff might still be interesting, though. Or not.
The Lemming thinks it's interesting: Your experience may vary.
