Prom Dress Arrest: High School Girl Wears Low-Profile/High-Interest Miniskirt to Prom

"Video: Skimpy prom dress lands Houston teen in cuffs"
The Dallas Morning News (May 12, 2008)

I didn't believe this when I ran across the item, but it seems to be true.

KHOU-TV news covered the 'once-in-a-lifetime' experience that Marche Taylor had.

"HOUSTON - Marche Taylor's prom night experience wasn't quite the norm. That's because a night of dancing and hanging out with friends ended in a confrontation with school officials over her choice of apparel.

"The Madison High School senior was escorted out in handcuffs because school officials said her revealing gold dress was inappropriate for the school prom.

" 'I actually like the dress. Everybody else likes my dress,' Ms. Taylor said as she showed it off to a KHOU-TV reporter on Friday afternoon."

Dress? More of a Miniskirt and a Sash

I don't know about women, but as a man, I think just about every male human over about age 13, with a pulse, would like that dress. A lot.

Or, more to the point, the hot young woman that it almost covered.

There's about a foot of fabric, vertically, between her navel and her knees, and the sash that wraps around her neck is a little over three inches wide where it practically covers her breasts.

Yes, the dress is attractive. But I'm not surprised that the dress code didn't allow it.

"Marche Taylor and Her Skimpy Prom Dress Led Away in Handcuffs" (Associated Content (May 12, 2008) explains one point: "A Houston, Texas, teenager, Marche Taylor, was led away in handcuffs because her dress was to revealing. Actually, the truth is that she was arrested because she wouldn't leave when she was supposed to.
