"Peanut Butter Chocolate Fondant (Molten Cake) "
Almost Bourdain (April 5, 2010)
"An 'Alice in Wonderland' Movie Premiere, a bag full of Lindor Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs and a personalised Easter egg by Lindt. It was a happy occasion...."
The post - with several photos - is an engaging mix of the blogger's personal experiences over the last few days and discussion of a desert: the recipe for it starts with "250 g dark chocolate", so it's of the 'one bite and you can hear your arteries harden' sort.
Also, sounds delicious.
Like so much else, moderation is the key. This peanut butter chocolate meltdown is probably a fine treat now and again for most folks. Me? A "moderate" amount would be maybe a few crumbs. Diabetes isn't the worst thing that can happen to a person - by a long shot - but my food requirements and limitations are a bit off the 50th percentile now.
On the other hand, it doesn't hurt to read about these things.
Enjoy!
A tip of the hat to williamcooks, on Twitter, for the heads-up on this post.

Today's News! Some of it, anyway
Actually, some of yesterday's news may be here. Or maybe last week's.
The software and science stuff might still be interesting, though. Or not.

This might be a bit of an error: "a big off the 50th"

Brigid,
Uh, yeah. Right you are. Fixed it.
I may have been drooling a bit when that slipped by me.
Thanks!
