Stately Home Office of England - To Let

"The Mansion"

What do you do with a stately home of England that's too huge and too expensive to sell in today's real estate market?

Hang out an "Offices to Let" sign.

And post a mildly detailed floorplan, along with descriptions and photos of the facility, so prospects will feel 'I need to have my offices there!'

The new/old office complex features, among other things, "Extensive capacity for telephone lines and high-speed internet access" Note: "capacity for" - they don't say that they've actually got telephone lines - just that there's room for it.

Still, you wouldn't think sensible landlords would neglect something like that.

There's even an office suite in the butchers shop.
