"Faces of Meth ©"
"Faces of Meth™ is a project of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office. This project began when a deputy in the Corrections Division Classification Unit, Deputy Bret King, put together mug shots of persons booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center." (from "Faces of Meth ©" home page)
What I'll call the 'poster page,' linked above, shows before-and-after photos of meth users.
And no, the 'after' photos weren't taken during a shoot of "Night of the Living Dead Zombie Train Wreck." That's really what human beings look like, after a few years of using Meth.
