Decorating Your Home to Sell

"Decorateing to sell your home"
ABC's of Fine Design (February 25, 2007)

"Today I’m going to talk about what you can do to sell your home faster, and for more money. One of the first things you need to do is clean up! You want your home to look big and inviting, not small and smelly! What you need to get rid of is:

"Any trash- this includes dishes, garbage, papers.
Personal things- box these up first, then get the boxes out of there! personal things make it harder for the buyer to see themselves in the home.

It's a short article, with sensible advice. Even if you're not moving, some of what the author talks about might help your home's 'feel.'

Pre-Birth Surgery: New Medical Possibilities

"Baby With Rare Tumor Born Twice, Now Healthy 4-Week-Old"
FOXNews (June 9, 2008)

" Little Macie McCartney was welcomed into the world not once — but twice.

"Four months into Keri McCartney's pregnancy, doctors reportedly noticed a tumor growing on the baby's tailbone...."

A pretty good article about a little girl's pre-birth operation. The "born twice" phrase is an exaggeration: only half of Marcie was exposed for her operation.

Meanwhile, in Australia -

"Surgeons Operate On, Save Leg of Baby in Womb"
FOXNews (June 9, 2008)

" Australian surgeons are being credited for saving the leg of an unborn baby by operating on her while her mother was just 22 weeks pregnant, French news agency AFP is reporting."

Quite an amazing world we live in.

"Gravity Reclining Chair (Special)"
Solas (undated)

"Gravity - is the Balans-style reclining chair that is actually 4 chairs in one. Tilt forward and you’ll rest on plush knee-pads for a comfortable working position. Sit upright and it acts like a conventional arm chair, with the knee-pads acting as footrests. In the 3rd position,...."

This chair is attractive, looks comfortable, and very expensive. I suspect that you wouldn't want to raise your arms over your head when using it in the reclined position.
