Lemming Tracks: All Betelgeuse, All the Time

The Lemming doesn't, as a rule, devote all three daily posts to one topic. But, the possibility - however remote - that Earth might be grandstand seating for a supernova seemed to justify the unusually narrow focus.

Not to worry, by the way: It looks like even if Betelgeuse does light up the sky, we'll be at a comparatively safe distance.
