TONIGHT......"

A full-scale blizzard? with a forecast of 6 to 9 inches in northwest and north central North Dakota? "...WITH ONLY 1 TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED FROM
ASHLEY TO ELLENDALE IN FAR SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...." "Only one to two inches?" It does seem a paltry amount: it's the wind that makes it a storm. And that's another topic.
