Video Blogging and More from DragonBlogger.com

"Blogger Resources and Recommendations"
Mail Update from DragonBlogger.com (2010)

"This newsletter is focused on subscribers who are bloggers and highlights some information about blogging. As a blogger we are trying to convey our 'message' and stand out in a sea of over a hundred million blogs online. To do this you need to think about some core values that your content provides to readers. Start considering what you provide and why a blogger should come to you over another blog and keep that attitude, use it to drive and write each post. If you keep this attitude in mind it will inspire and drive you to write better quality content as you focus on providing valuable information and reasons why your readers should come to you for their information.

"With that being said there are more compelling reasons than ever that you should start looking at becoming a Video Blogger...."

"Video Blogger" is a link to another page - on of several in this newsletter. The video blogger page is a pretty good overview of what video blogging is, why it's important, and how to use it. Emphasis on "overview." You're not going to learn video blogging from that one page - but you'll have a much better idea of what you need to learn.

My opinion.

This micro-review is one of the Lemming's more self-serving posts. I don't want to lose track of this newsletter - and doing a micro-review of it seemed the best way to put a link to the thing where I'd be likely to find it, later.
A tip of the hat to dragonblogger, for the heads-up on that newsletter.

  1. I do plan on doing more posts about video blogging and how to create an effective video blog, but spread very thin at the moment. Thanks for showcasing my newsletter, all people do is join my mailing list to receive newsletter updates. They also post out on twitter to try to attract new subscribers.

  2. Dragonblogger,

My pleasure! And, thanks for reminding me about video blogging. Looks like it's got promise.
