"Finally a milkshake that is actually good for you."
"The ingredients are as follows:
"-2-3 bananas
"-5-10 ice cubes
"-1 cup of water, less for thicker, more for thinnner...."
I didn't quite believe it, either, when I read the headline. But - providing you don't go crazy with an 'optional' part of the recipe - this milkshake looks like it might taste good and not play havoc with your calorie counting.
