Carry-Out, Neptunian Style - or - What 14 Flopwaps Will Buy

Oddly Enough, Reuters blog (December 9, 2009)

"I have great news, my fellow Neptunians! Our intelligence agents tell us that after more than 50 years of service, Britain's Defence Ministry has shut down its UFO investigation unit, saying it can no longer justify the cost....

Which is about $73,000 USD a year. Which, it appears is equivalent to "14 flopwaps, enough to buy a large Frozen Methane Gulp". I did not know that.

"...This news of course means that now, after being patient for thousands of years, we are finally free to land on Earth and eat everyone alive...."

For the record, I don't believe a word of it. And I've always liked Neptunians, respect their culture, and probably taste awful.
