About Itzhak Perlman, a Violin String, and a Concert

"A music lesson"
IN HIM WE LIVE AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING blog (undated)

He was stricken with polio as a child, and so he has braces on both legs and walks with the aid of two crutches...."

What follows is an interesting story for Perlman fans: and something to think about.

(I've heard Perlman's performances, as recordings - but I didn't know that he'd had polio.)

A tip of the Lemming's hat to ncsue0514, for pointing this post out to me.
