My reaction is pretty well summed up in the first comment:

"Wow! A rare bit of conceptual architecture that seems feasible. Build it and I will come!"

I got a strong impression that the architects had considered mundane considerations like:

• Gravity
• Human tolerances for factors like
  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Sound levels
• Existing or in-the-pipeline technologies
• Economic feasibility

That's not all that common in 'conceptual' architecture.
