Victoria's Secret and the Incredible Wardrobe Malfunction Lawsuit

I'm glad that I'm a man.

"Greenville woman sues Victoria's Secret over 'unsafe' bra"
GreenvilleOnline.com (April 3, 2008)

As my wife asked, when I told her about this, "what, her bra attacked her?"

In short, yes.

Jessica Lang is suing Victoria's Secret, because one of their bras "malfunctioned," and cut her "nearly six inches wide and six inches deep," according to the first complaint she filed. It's now "3 inches x 1/4 inch deep, resulting in scarring," which sounds better. The incredible size of the gash was was the result of a "scrivener's error," according to her lawyer.

Lang may have a point. The metal may have been sharper than normal, or the bra may have been under extreme tension when it turned on her.

  2. Hmmm...sounds to me like somebody's padding the truth here...every underwire I ever met was a stand-up kinda gal & would never loose control like that! However...I've never trusted those damn Victoria's Secret bras...way too pushy.
