I hope that they can rescue the building. I'll bet it was once beautiful inside, regardless of the current condition. Alas, economic issues may well condemn it to demolition. I can only imagine how much it would cost to upgrade the wiring and plumbing.

Agreed, across the board. The photos show quite a lot of promise inside.
