But Was the Whale a Registered Voter?

I encountered "Cariboo Ponderer" today.

I'm taking the liberty of quoting the blog's description:

"The North is not just a spot on the compass, it is in my heart. Living with my wild animal neighbours in a remote area of British Columbia, Canada. Sharing day to day incidents, inspirations and other observations on my way to higher ground."

With that description, I wasn't quite expecting this post: Aboriginal Chief dies again, this time as a killer whale.

I'm hoping for an answer to the question: was the killer whale a registered voter?

Inquiring minds want to know! (Remember those ads?)
